Workshop: Gr8 Gingham Raglan by Jessie Maed Knits

Color-changing yarn adds a surprise twist to this classic gingham colorwork raglan. Featuring a fitted yoke and perfectly symmetric contrast raglan seams, the pattern includes instructions for both short and long sleeves, a ribbed or i-cord neck finish, and general guidance on modifying body and raglan length to your preference.

You will learn the techniques used in this pattern, including sideways shawl construction, mosaic knitting, I-cord edging, I-cord bind-off, increasing, decreasing, slipping stitches, and changing colors.

Suggested Needles:
Ribbing:
US 4 (3.5mm) 32-40” circular needles + preferred small circumference needles

Main Body:
US 6 (4.0mm) 32-40” circular needles + preferred small
circumference needles

Adventurous Advanced Beginner (and up) Skill Level: must be able to cast on, bind off, knit, purl, work basic stitch patterns with combinations of knits and purls, simple increases/decreases, and follow written instructions.
